What happens in T-works?

The title itself, i pass by T-works building quite often and always think wtf actually happens in that building. Do enlighten if any if you guys know.
Top Comment: They facilitate to build hardware prototypes and MVPs there for startups. From 3d printers to CNC machines, water cutting tech, they have all the machinery & tech. It's open for all so you can get your stuff build too or just checkout and when I have visited, there was a hands-on workshop going on for school students

Sorry if my question sounds noob, but how to know if a valkyrie is a Burst type or else (whats the other type? Normal ultimate)?
And how do we know that a valkyrie is an elemental or physical one? And that elemental valkyrie, is she fully elemental (her basic attack also elemental) or just ultimate elemental or qte (or something like that) elemental?
